2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. Refunds

Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact us at support@cicret.store within 7 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@cicret.store with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
